Elgin , IL — Wisdom Adhesives, the top mid-sized adhesives manufacturer in North America, has appointed Tom Rolando Executive Vice President Technologies for Wisdom Global Adhesives Group, the company’s worldwide industrial adhesives sales organization serving the packaging and converting markets in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Tom Rolando has over twenty years of experience as a technical expert in the adhesives, coatings and sealants industries. Prior to joining Wisdom Adhesives, Mr. Rolando was with H.B. Fuller’s Flexible Packaging Program serving as both technical and business manager. He also served as Technical Director at Akzo Nobel and Cargill where he developed coatings and inks.

Mr. Rolando holds a Master of Science Degree in Organic Polymer Chemistry from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, ND, and Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from the College of St. Scholastica, Duluth, MN.
