Jeff Wisdom Chief Executive Officer Wisdom Adhesives

Jeff Wisdom is the fifth generation owner of Wisdom Adhesives and has been in the adhesives industry for over 16 years. Throughout Jeff’s tenure as CEO, Wisdom Adhesives has increased sales four-fold. Additionally, under his guidance, Wisdom Adhesives has implemented the following company initiatives:

• Formation of Wisdom Global Adhesives Group with international sales in over 14 countries.
   
• Expansion to the Elgin, IL production facility now includes both Waterbased and Hot Melt Adhesives.
   
• Key Strategic Partners Initiative Program for Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales and Distribution.
   
• Wisdom Distribution Program in North America and internationally.
   
• Wisdom Total Quality Management Program (WTQM) with LSS-FAST.
   
• GreenBond Sustainable Adhesive Technologies.
   
• ECO 2 Management Approach.

Additionally, Jeff was named a finalist for Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year and was also inducted into Chicago Area Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame
